Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to each job. If you have specific preferences or require us to use your products, just let us know in advance.

All of our products are eco-friendly and are '"A" rated products based on Environmental Working Group (EWG). This means that we use only effective, non-toxic and non-allergen products to ensure not only cleanliness, but also the wellbeing of your family and our planet. 

We begin with a complementary consultation where we discuss your goals, specific needs, and the areas you would like to focus on. After the initial consultation, we will provide a customized estimate based on your organizational objectives.

The length of a project depends on the size of the space and complexity of the project.  Please contact us for a free estimate.

Yes, all of our staff are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind.  Plus, all of our staff undergo a thorough background check and training.

After each service, an invoice will be emailed to you.  You can then conveniently pay online through ACH bank transfer.  If you prefer to pay in cash, please let us know in advance. Please note, we do not accept credit cards or personal checks at this time. 

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. We understand that emergencies can occur. Please reach out to us to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
